Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment hub in Hong Kong. By shipping directly from our regional center in the Asia Pacific region, we maintain a direct path from our production studio to you.

Processing: 2–3 business days for final inspection and packaging.

International Transit: 7–12 business days.

Tracking: Your tracker will activate once the piece departs Hong Kong. Updates may pause briefly while the shipment clears customs in your region; this is a standard part of the international transit process.

If you need to change your address, please reach out via email within 24 hours and we will handle the update before dispatch.
